and AMWSLAI’s By-Laws and its implementing rules and regulation, accounts of members found to be
ineligible based on the following criteria shall be terminated:
A. Accounts whose Branch of Service was identified as belonging to “Not in Well-Defined Group
(NWDG)”
B. Members who failed to update their membership information records for more than sixty (60)
months.
C. Members who failed to submit Membership Information Form (MIF) and documents to prove
eligibility of membership.
Membership termination shall take effect on 06 January 2023 (Friday).
However, members whose accounts were terminated may re-apply for reinstatement subject to the
existing policies on acceptance on membership and submission of valid documents to prove their
eligibility.
