Pursuant to BSP Circular 993 Series of 2018 – Adoption of Know-Your-Member Guidelines for NSSLA’s, its implementing rules and regulations, and AMWSLAI’s By-Laws, accounts of members found to be ineligible based on the following criteria shall be terminated:
- The Branch of Service was identified as “Not in Well-Defined Group (NWDG).”
- Failure to update their membership information records for over thirty-six (36) months.
- Failure to submit Membership Information Form (MIF) and documents to prove eligibility for membership since July 2014.
Membership termination shall take effect on 30 June 2023 (Friday).
However, members whose accounts were terminated may re-apply for reinstatement subject to the existing policies on acceptance of membership and submission of valid documents to prove their eligibility.
