FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All AMWSLAI members who are still in the active service including their dependents (spouse and children only) aged 5 to 65 years old.

Members can choose from automatic payroll deduction, post-dated cheques, online via RCBC, M Lhuillier and over the counter payment to any AMWSLAI offices nationwide.

Availment of the BMM deposit program is documented with BMM Certificate and Certificate of Insurance Coverage.

Yes, but the applicable pre-termination interest rate shall apply – 1% per annum within the 1st half of the term and 2% per annum for the remaining 2nd half of the term. There is also  75 pesos termination fee. 

Yes. Personal appearance of the member depositor is required.

Member depositor shall receive the maturity value thirty days after the last payment of the monthly contribution. If there is/are BMM Loan/s and other past due loans, their balances shall be deducted from the maturity value.

Legal heirs of the account holder shall receive the proceeds of the BMM account to be divided in accordance to the Civil Code provisions on succession.
