AMWSLAI Pampanga Branch conducted an information drive and donated a desktop computer set to the 33rd Mechanized Infantry (Hunter) Company, 3rd Mechanized Infantry Battalion, Armor, on October 24, 2022.
Communication is not just something for civilians to learn but also one of the principal tenants of battlefield control. Soldiers are left to figure out the plan the old-fashioned way without the ability to communicate messages, relay orders, or plan strategic advancements and defense systems, which is inefficient given our ability to communicate across borders and seas.
Certainly, the traditional use of computers is to disseminate information. It was becoming a more tactical and accurate allocation of workforce and resources and has frequently been confined to the digital world. Understanding how to code, hack, use new hardware and software, and use computers is the new face of future military operations.
These advanced technologies have practical uses, but the military may be one of the biggest beneficiaries. Using technological advances to drive new ways of conquering tomorrow’s external and metaphorical battlefields illustrates that computers are the future’s proper weaponry to combat any harmful threats in advance.
Our ability to contribute to the unit’s effectiveness and the safety and security of nearby cities and municipalities against atrocities and sabotage by communist-terrorist groups will always be a source of pride for AMWSLAI.
