    • Job Purpose: To provide effective billing of accounts and posting of remittances to assigned branch of service (BOS).
    • Job Qualifications:
      • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course

  • BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE (1)
    • Job Purpose: To assist the unit in all its business continuity management initiatives particularly to gather and collate relevant data and other needed information.
    • Job Qualifications:
      • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
      • Must have good communication skills
      • Proficient in using Microsoft Office application (Excel and Word)

  • CORPORATE OFFICE AUDITOR (1)
    • Job Purpose: To execute the conduct of corporate office audit plan and assists in identifying the adequacy and efficiency of governance, risk management and controls embedded in the policies and procedures of the Association.
    • Job Qualifications:
      • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, Accounting Technology or equivalent
      • Must have high analytical skills
      • Able to write comprehensive reports
      • Proficient in using Microsoft Office application (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)

  • HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT – ADMIN (1)
    • Job Purpose: To assist the Talent Acquisition Associate in the recruitment, selection, placement of candidates and other related activities in the Human Capital Division (HCD).
    • Job Qualifications:
      • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
      • Must have experience in recruitment/staffing
      • Must have good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
      • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)

  • HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT – MULTI-MEDIA (1)
    • Job Purpose: To assist the Organizational Development Department (ODD) in editing graphics/pictures, creating audiovisual presentations for the Annual Awards and to support other administrative needs of the unit.
    • Job Qualifications:
      • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Multi-media Arts, IT-related or equivalent courses
      • Preferably with portfolio of accomplishments
      • Must have background in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, etc
      • Creative and flexible to changes

  • INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) AUDITOR (1)
    • Job Purpose: To execute the conduct of IT audit plan and assist in identifying the adequacy and efficiency of governance, risk management and controls embedded in the IT systems, policies and procedures of the Association.
    • Job Qualifications:
      • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any IT-related course
      • Must have basic knowledge in IT processes, programming languages, etc.
      • Must have high analytical skills
      • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)

VACANT POSITIONS - HEAD OFFICE

Work experience is required.

  • CORPORATE LAWYER (1)
    • Job Purpose: To ensure that all contracts and documentation requirements of the Association are accomplished. He is likewise expected to render service on other legal matters, policies, and corporate issues requiring analysis and advice.
    • Job Qualifications:
      • Candidate must be a bar passer
      • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banks or financial institutions
      • Must possess excellent communication (oral and written) skills

  • INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER (1)
    • Job Purpose: To develop/implement an Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) system that will maintain the information security of the Association. He shall also design/implement a sound incident response plan that can immediately detect and address information security issues and breaches.
    • Job Qualifications:
      • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any IT-related course
      • At least 3 years experience in bank or financial institutions (Information Technology/Risk/Compliance/Internal Audit)
      • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills
      • Must have strong analytical skills and with high regard for integrity
      • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)

  • REGULATORY COMPLIANCE STAFF (1)
    • Job Purpose: To assist the unit in the conduct of regulatory compliance testing and in gathering and collating of relevant data from the different braches/units.
    • Job Qualifications:
      • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Accounting Technology or equivalent
      • At least 1 year experience in bank or financial institutions (Internal Audit/Compliance)
      • Must possess excellent communication (oral and written) skills
      • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)

  • TECHNICAL WRITER – RMD (1)
    • Job Purpose: To assist the unit in preparing/consolidating technical documentation (e.g. operating manuals, guidelines, work instructions, presentations and other supporting documents) for easier communication of complex risk management information to appropriate audiences.
    • Job Qualifications:
      • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communication or any related course
      • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banks or financial institutions
      • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills
      • Must have advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
